GUIDELINES FOR USE OF TECHNOLOGY FOR COMMITTEE WORK:
Committees and subcommittees of the SGA cannot conduct their business via use of electronic means such as email, D2L, SharePoint, etc.  To do so would constitute an "illegal" meeting that was neither announced nor possible to attend in person to observe/participate in the discussion of the meeting.  Electronic means can be used to gather input to be shared and discussed at a future meeting, but committee business must take place in an open session where the date, time, place, and agenda of the meeting is published at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. 
 
Only Committee members are allowed to view documents and comments that are posted here.
